Email support@twosquaredeight.com and a person will read it. There is no ticket system and no bot.
It helps to say which device you are on, which store you installed from, and what happened - but a one-line message is fine too.
The button below opens your email app with the useful questions already in it. Answer what you can and delete the rest - a partial report is far better than none.
No email app? Write to support@twosquaredeight.com and include your device, where you installed from, and what happened.
The game saves only to your own device, and there is no account and no cloud backup - so deleting the app, or moving to a new phone, starts you over. That is a deliberate design choice rather than a fault, but if a run vanished while the app stayed installed, please do get in touch.
No. The game never asks for your name, email address or phone number. Connecting to Google Play Games or Apple Game Center is optional, off until you say yes, and only used to mirror achievements.
Uninstalling the game removes everything it stored, because everything it stored was on your device. If you connected to Play Games or Game Center, those achievements live with that service and are removed through it - see the privacy policy for the detail.
No. It is satire, and every person, company and organisation in it is invented. Real countries are named and real kinds of events are lampooned, but no real person, company or government is depicted, and the game is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government.
Use Report a bug above - it pre-fills the questions that make a problem reproducible. Screenshots are genuinely useful.
